1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

  • Please note that during high-volume periods (such as sales or festive seasons), order processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

We currently ship across India.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping (if applicable): 1–3 business days (available at extra cost).

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before final payment.

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time.
You can also track your order through the “Track Order” section on our website using your order number.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable and reputed courier services such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address and contact details while placing your order.

  • NIRAwill not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping may incur additional charges.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care while packing and shipping your products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nirajewell@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review and assist you with a replacement or refund as applicable.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please reach out to us, and we will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping.
We are working to make NIRA accessible worldwide soon—stay tuned!
